1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PomoTrain application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or as one-time purchases. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select. All purchases are processed securely via the the Apple App Store.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
• To attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the application.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the creator and its licensors.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
